Free Entry Method
We offer a free entry route for all competitions, as required by law.
To enter a competition for free, you must comply with all of the conditions below. Failure to do so may result in your entry being invalid.
How to Enter for Free
- Send your entry by post only on an enclosed postcard to:

- Each postcard must include all of the following information, written clearly and legibly:
- Your full name
- Your full residential address
- A valid email address
- A contact telephone number
- The name of the competition you are entering
- Your answer to the competition question
- One entry per postcard. Multiple entries in one postcard or envelope will be counted as one single entry only.
- You may submit multiple free entries, but each entry must be sent separately.
Important Conditions
- Free entries must be received before the stated closing date and time of the competition.
- Proof of posting does not guarantee entry.
- Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
- Incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted entries will be disqualified.
- Free entries will not receive confirmation of receipt.
- Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries once validated.
- If the entry price is less than the price of a second class stamp (currently 87p) you will receive multiple entries for each entry you send so that the value of your entries equals or exceeds the price of a second class stamp. For example, if the entry price is 49p, you will receive 2 free entries for each one you send. If the entry price is 33p, you will receive 3 free entries for each one you send.
Account Requirement
To process a free entry, you must have an active account on our website.
- The details on your postcard must match the details on your account.
- Free entries received without a corresponding registered account cannot be processed.
Entry Limits
- Free entries are subject to the same maximum entry limits per person and per competition as paid entries.
- If the competition reaches its maximum number of entries before your free entry is received, your entry will not be included in the draw.
General
By submitting a free entry, you confirm that:
All valid free entries that correctly answer the competition question will be included in the draw alongside paid entries.
