How to Enter for Free

  1. Send your entry by post only on an enclosed postcard to:

  1. Each postcard must include all of the following information, written clearly and legibly:
    • Your full name
    • Your full residential address
    • A valid email address
    • A contact telephone number
    • The name of the competition you are entering
    • Your answer to the competition question
  2. One entry per postcard. Multiple entries in one postcard or envelope will be counted as one single entry only.
  3. You may submit multiple free entries, but each entry must be sent separately.

Important Conditions

  • Free entries must be received before the stated closing date and time of the competition.
  • Proof of posting does not guarantee entry.
  • Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted entries will be disqualified.
  • Free entries will not receive confirmation of receipt.
  • Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries once validated.
  • If the entry price is less than the price of a second class stamp (currently 87p) you will receive multiple entries for each entry you send so that the value of your entries equals or exceeds the price of a second class stamp. For example, if the entry price is 49p, you will receive 2 free entries for each one you send. If the entry price is 33p, you will receive 3 free entries for each one you send.

To process a free entry, you must have an active account on our website.

  • The details on your postcard must match the details on your account.
  • Free entries received without a corresponding registered account cannot be processed.

Entry Limits

  • Free entries are subject to the same maximum entry limits per person and per competition as paid entries.
  • If the competition reaches its maximum number of entries before your free entry is received, your entry will not be included in the draw.

IMPORTANT HOLIDAY TERMS

  • Each holiday prize is for a 3-night stay at the hotel and destination stated above.
  • Travel is intended for March 2027.
  • Dates are semi-flexible, subject to availability and the booking options offered by Ramsay Travel Dunfermline.
  • The exact travel dates must be agreed with Ramsay Travel Dunfermline and are subject to flight and accommodation availability.
  • Winners must hold a valid UK passport with sufficient validity for the destination and dates of travel and are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable entry requirements.
  • Any visas, travel authorisations, passport requirements or other entry requirements are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and ensuring it provides suitable cover for their circumstances.
  • Unless specifically stated as included in the prize, personal spending money, meals, airport parking, transfers, baggage upgrades, local tourist/city taxes and other incidental expenses are not included.
  • The prize is subject to the relevant airline, accommodation provider and Ramsay Travel Dunfermline's booking conditions.
  • Hotels may be substituted for a comparable alternative where circumstances outside the reasonable control of Rhino Competitions or Ramsay Travel Dunfermline make the advertised hotel unavailable.
  • Once a holiday has been booked, subsequent amendments may be subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Holiday prizes have no cash alternative unless Rhino Competitions expressly agrees otherwise.
  • Winners must provide the information reasonably required by Rhino Competitions and Ramsay Travel Dunfermline to arrange the booking.
  • Rhino Competitions will verify the winning ticket before introducing the winner to Ramsay Travel Dunfermline.
